A bachelor•s degree in social work or a related field and experience is necessary. Must attain a passing score on the basic skills Introduction to Child Protection Written Assessment. (Note: Applicants who have not completed the training and passed the written assessment will be considered for appointment in agency training status. Successful completion of the field-based performance assessment is required during the probationary period.) One (1) year experience in foster care/protective services is preferred.
