20933 PIER PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2018/2019 BUDGET; AND NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING. The Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Pier Park Community Development District ("District") will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) at City Hall of Panama City Beach, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413 for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the budget(s) ("Proposed Budget") of the District for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2018 and ending September 30, 2019 ("Fiscal Year 2018/2019"). A regular board meeting of the District will also be held at that time where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. A copy of the agenda and Proposed Budget may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, 120 Richard Jackson Boulevard, Suite 220, Panama City Beach, Florida 32407, Ph: (850) 334-9055 ("District Manager's Office"), during normal business hours. Additionally, a copy of the agenda, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at www.pierpar kcdd.org. The public hearing and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. The public hearing and meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
